We are very attentive and are there to satisfy you, you can only keep a very good souvenir of your visit in Provence.

For cycling enthusiasts, you can from your rent for the ascent of Mont Ventoux, which is 10 kms. Your bikes will be stored in a garage during your stay.

You will have the opportunity to make a first flight in Carpentras aerodrome with the owner !

Situation

The "Garrigues" are situated 3 km from the village center, where you can find supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, pharmacies, bicycle shop ... all there.

Mazan is located in the heart of a region rich in vineyards (Beaumes de Venise, Gigondas, Vacqueras, Chateauneuf du Pape ...) but also very popular attractions and picturesque villages (Fontaine de Vaucluse, Isle sur la Sorge Vaison la Romaine, Avignon, the Monts de Vaucluses ...).

We are 20 minutes from the A7 Orange or Avignon.
You can also come to land on the platform of Carpentras (LFNH) to five minutes is our pleasure to pick you up.
We can also supplement with you from the Avignon train station or Marseille airport.

Description

We offer a detached house of 65m2 in the shade of oaks and pines.

From a space living room with TV and equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven, induction hob, fridge freezer), the staple food is provided. In the lounge, a sofa bed 140x190 will allow you to accommodate a couple or 2 children, according to needs and availability it is possible to keep the room function, and put a bed 90 and / or a cot.

You have a parental chamber with a bed 160x200 (shape memory mattresses) and a wardrobe. As well as a chamber with 2 simple bed. Sheets, duvet, pillows provided.

In a bathroom with washing machine, walk-in shower, large washbasin, electric towel rail. Hair dryer, towels ets beach, shower gel and shampoo, iron and ironing board are provided.

On the toilet, with storage, necessary for the machine, and water softener that will guarantee quality and comfort.

There is also a 24m2 terrace with deck chairs, dining set, barbecue, garden of your own space and your own private parking area. There is no opposite and no proximity to home owners.

Description

The suite of 35m2 is located on the entire floor of the house. It consists of a bedroom, living room and a bathroom with walk-in shower and private toilet.

You get a bed with mattress shape memory of 140x190 in a spacious and climatized room.

In your living room with a TV, a sofa bed (140x190) will accommodate children or additional torque as required and availability it may be, a bed 90 and / or a bed umbrella. In formula lounge we offer a kettle with teas, herbal teas, coffees.

The towels are provided as well as shower gel, shampoo and body lotion.

You can take the big breakfast with jams, homemade breads and pastries ... in your private lounge or on the terrace by the pool.
For hygiene reasons we ask that no food is brought to your suite.

A host table on reservation is available. The menus are prepared with fresh products bought directly from the producers.
Price € 20 per adult meal (appetizer, starter, main course with vegetables, dessert, wine, fruit juice, coffee), € 10 per child up to 15 years.

Rule

General

The area is particularly quiet, so we ask you to respect the tranquility of each.

The rental is open throughout the year. Check-in is from 16:00 and departure at the latest 10:00. Outside of the summer, if you wish to arrive outside of scheduled times, we will adapt the extent of the possibilities. We ask to take possession of the keys ON OR BEFORE 21 hours.

No extra bedding is allowed outside the number of people booked.

No visiting friends or family is tolerated.

Animals can not be accepted and the accommodations are non-smoking.

Children's access to the pool (secured only by an alarm) is the sole responsibility of the parents and no child will be accepted without the supervision of a parent.

Access to the pool is permitted until 21:00 maximum.

Rental agreement

I send you the rental contract by email, the reservation is final upon payment of a 50% deposit by bank transfer or check.
A deposit of 300 euros will be required on arrival (by check not cashed) and the settlement of the balance of the rent.

For Guest House, the cleaning fee is in addition to all stays, it will therefore add the sum of 50 euros in the rental amount upon booking.
